Q |
Will I be under any obligation if you come and look at my
house? |
A |
No, we
don’t arrive with any form of paperwork or contracts for you
to sign, our visit will be informal simply to have a chat to
you about your expectations with regards to the sale.

Q |
What will the next step be if you are interested in buying
my property? |
A |
Once we
have agreed in principal on the price for your property, we
will instruct a firm of chartered surveyors, at our expense,
to come and survey the property so that we are aware of any
problems with the building prior to purchasing it. We are
simply looking for any major structural defects so
that we can account for any future expenditure we may have
on the property for repairs.
After that
we will instruct our solicitor to put all we have agreed in
writing, in the form of an offer, to your solicitor, then
its up to them to sort out all the paperwork, all you have
to do is sit back and wait for the cash to hit your bank! |
Q |
How quick can the sale go through? |
A |
Normally
the solicitors require about 4 weeks to conclude all the
paperwork, however in cases of urgency this can be reduced.
If you are selling prior to buying something else we can
leave the entry date as flexible as you need it to be to
work in with your moving requirements. |
Q |
What fees will your company charge? |
A |
Absolutely none! |
Q |
What if I have to change the entry date once the offer has
gone in? |
A |
No problem!
We are happy to accommodate you in anyway and will change
the entry date to either before or after the agreed date, we
are completely flexible and will work to suit your needs. |
Q |
What will happen on the day of the sale? |
A |
Your
solicitor will ask you to hand the keys into them and once
they have our funds in their bank they will instruct our
solicitor that the keys can be picked up. Your solicitor
will then organise a cheque or transfer for the sale
proceeds to be sent to you. |
